Delete your account
You can delete your The Local Drop account and everything attached to it at any time. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to give a reason.
From the app
This is immediate and permanent, and it needs no request to us.
- Open The Local Drop and go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to the app or to your email address, write to us and we will delete the account for you. Send the request from the email address on the account if you can, so we can be sure it is yours.
We action these within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Payment records held by Stripe, Apple or Google | Kept by them as their own law requires; we hold no card details at any point |
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately with whoever you paid — Stripe, Apple, or Google — or you may continue to be charged.
